Order Processing Time

At Essencora, we take pride in carefully preparing each order. All items, including our hand-thrown vases, ceramic planters, and hand-finished lamps, are processed within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer two primary shipping options for domestic orders within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after your order has been processed.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic & International Shipping

Essencora currently ships to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We also offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping times and availability may vary based on destination and customs processing.

  • Domestic Shipping: Available to all U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by country. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, shipping method, and destination. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. For damaged items, provide photos of both the packaging and the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or refund. Please note that Essencora is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Address Accuracy & Signature Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before finalizing your order. Essencora is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. For high-value or fragile items—such as hand-finished lamps or large ceramic pieces—a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please follow the carrier’s instructions for rescheduling or pickup.
