At Essencora, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our hand-thrown vases, ceramic planters, and hand-finished lamps. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process to ensure your experience is as seamless as possible.
30-Day Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns requested after 30 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and free from signs of wear or damage.
- All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included.
- Items must be securely packaged for return shipment to prevent damage.
Essencora reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team using our contact form or by emailing [email protected]. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Essencora is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Process and Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Customized or personalized pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Gift cards and promotional items are not eligible for return.
